Welcome to the LMMSA
The Lower Mainland Music Students’ Association, founded in April 2023, is a registered non-profit organization created by high school students, focused on community work and promoting the musical growth in students through performance, exposure, and education. Our organization hosts various events including senior home concerts, collaborations with charities and foundations, and the promotion of individual, young artist recitals.

So, whether that’s a location suggestion for an event, questions about finding a new teacher, or even the order of a concert program, we believe everyone’s voices should be heard, as we assist in the growth of all our musicians.
Flexible
We all have busy lives. Thus, your participation in our events as a member are 100% voluntary. Events are frequent and music performance opportunities are accesible from all around Greater Vancouver. So, it’s up to you to discuss when and where to participate!
Easy to join
Anyone can join LMMSA! Non-musicians can volunteer without needing to play an instrument in fundraisers, and organizational efforts. Musicians can join through their school with clubs or independently. Please visit our membership page for more information.
